Connolly, Realtor® ePro®, will never make a listing presentation, nor otherwise solicit a property listing representation relationship with that Seller unless I am expressly asked to do so by a FSBO Seller. I provide this guarantee because I fully and completely respect the rights and privileges of FSBO Program Participants to market and sell their property themselves if they so choose.

I furthermore offer my solemn guarantee, that the FSBO Assist Utah Program, as outlined in the FSBO Assist Partnership Agreement, contains no hidden costs, and no contractual obligation or requirement for real estate representation.

For Sellers participating in our FSBO Program, I, John L. Connolly, will not become involved with any buyer who is a party to a Real Estate Purchase Contract and whose association with your property was not affiliated with myself or the FSBO Program until either (1) the successful closing of your property, or (2) the buyer does not close on your property.
