Contest Rules and Regulations

PRIZES TO BE AWARDED

Grand Prize: 0% commission on the sale OR purchase of a home in Salt Lake County, when represented by John L. Connolly.

• Grand Prize is valid for 7 years from date of award.
• Grand Prize is non-transferable: The name of the winner must be the same as the name of home seller / home buyer of record (may be joint seller or purchaser).
• Grand Prize may be retroactively paid if John L. Connolly represented you in a home purchase or sale transaction within 12 months prior to date of award.

QUALIFYING ENTRIES

You must be 21 years of age to enter for all types of entries.

If requested on entry form, you must provide a valid email address and agree to receive regular real estate related email newsletters/information at that address.

ENTRY METHODS:

First Time Web Inquiry = 1 entry

Refer a Friend or Colleague (they must tell us at time of first inquiry that they were referred by you) = 5 entries

Completion of Online Buyer Education Series = 5 entries

Completion of Online Seller Education Series = 5 entries

Book (and keep) a Listing Consultation Appt = 5 entries

Book (and keep) a Buyer Consultation Appt = 5 entries

Listing Representation Agreement = 10 entries

Buyer Representation Agreement = 10 entries

Successful Home Purchase Transaction = 10 entries

Successful Home Sale Transaction = 10 entries

WINNER must agree to promotional use of their name and "winner photo" (to be taken at time of award presentation).
